Three weeks ago Helga Margrét Þorsteinsdóttir the Icelandic supertalent in heptathlon broke her Icelandic record in Tallinn, Estonia and got 4.298 points. This weekend in Apeldoorn, Holland she was so close to break it again and got 4.292 points.

Niklas wins the shot at Swedish Championships (0)

Niklas Arrhenius flew in the night before the meet from Utah, USA and competed the day after and won easily with his second best performance of the year 19.26m. This was the Swedish Championships, inÖrebro, Sweden this weekend. I have been waiting for the big one from Niklas for some time now as his technique is getting better and of course the physical capacity is always there.

Last week Leif Arrhenius won the National meet between Sweden, Norway and Finland in Steinkjer, Norway with his second best result of the year 19.50m.

Gerd Kanter is training since some time ago in Potchefstroom in S-Africa and things are going fine. He is getting stronger in his upper body but legs are some behind.

Niklas Arrhanius competed yesterday in his fourth indoor competition of this season yesterday in the Air Force Academy in Colorado, USA.

Great shot put for Leif Arrhenius (0)

Leif Arrhenius SWE had his second best meet indoors this year in the national meet between Sweden,Finland and Norway in Steinkjer in Norway today. Leif won the meet and put the shot 19.50m. His best this year is 19.55m.
