Great practices yesterday

Yesterday we had a good day here in Estonia with a great practice for Gerd in Rakvere in the morning and then another practice with Märt and Priidu in Tallinn later on in the afternoon.

Gerd had to be in Rakvere doing a sponsor thing for the Kuldliga meet planned to be in Rakvere in August. We decided then to train there and test out the facilities. Gerd had a great practice.

Märt and Priidu trained later in the afternoon in Tallinn and then we had a great weather with sun and heat. Both athletes had a great throwing session. It is fun to be a coach when things go well, this day was one of those.
