Axel training in the snow

Axel Härstedt that I worked with for one year in 2009 is doing well.

He sent this picture to me today from a training session with his new training partner Ulf Ankarling. As you can see they are throwing outside in the snow in Karlstad. Axel said that the training session went well and he and Ulf are doing well.

We wish them all the best and their young coach Anton Lejon in Karlstad, Sweden.
