Gerd throws far

Gerd Kanter had his best discus session this morning on this camp. Technique was better and the discus was flying very far.

Here are two clips one none reverse and one with reverse. It does not look very fast but the feeling was good.

Wind was sometimes good and sometimes dead or little wrong, it did not matter all throws went far.

The situation for him for January, OUTSTANDING.
