Good session for Omar

Omar El Ghazaly is throwing better and better and farther and farther. The technique is better but still far from being good. The discus is flying and flying and it goes far. Where will it end, hopefully beyond 70m sooner than later.

Everybody can agree on that this guy is one of the biggest talents around in discus throwing. He got the tools, 2m tall with arm span of 215m. Fast, elastic with good unerstanding on discus. Great competitor as well and better in the big meets than the small meets.

Omar has to stay healthy for the next few years to live his dreams.
