Niklas is throwing better

Niklas Arrhenius is doing well after his foot injury and has now been throwing shot and discus for some weeks with full turn.

The shot has been going really well but the foot has been bothering him alittle in the discus.

It is still not the old injury that is bothering him rather the twist he got playing basketball. So, things are under control.

We have been trying to simplify his start to have less room for failure and it is working good.

Niklas has a natural flow for the shot and now the discus looks better also. It will be very exciting to see Niklas in February when he comes over to Sweden to compete in the shot.

Niklas works hard, he is not only a discus thrower, he is a married man with two kids, going to school and coaching as well.
